 Lathem recently introduced the PayClock Express PC50 electronic time clock featuring proximity employee badges. No more time consuming paper punch time cards; the PayClock Express PC50 uses RFID (radio frequency ID) badges that communicate with the clock via radio frequencies.
The PC50 runs on the user's Windows XP or Windows Vista PC; automatically recording employee in/outs and calculates this information for payroll. A popular feature is the PayClock Express' direct interface with QuickBooks & ADP Paychex software. This interface allows the employee hours to be imported from the PayClock system directly into the company's QuickBooks or Paychex accounting software. In many cases payroll prep time is reduced by 50%!
