Besides the red stapler, there's only 1 other product we sell that I've personally recommended and that's Bob Hall & Company's Professional Comfort chairs. I've had a bad back for years, and this chair made a big difference in my ability to sit comfortably. My chair didn't come out of a warehouse; Bob designed it just for me as he does for every one of his customers.     I've been using the custom-made chair you manufactured for me for about 3 weeks now, and I'm delighted with it and the effect it has had on my back problems.   

    Firstly, about the chair itself:  It is always comfortable, even after sitting in it for hours.  It has thus improved my work, i.e. by allowing me to remain seated and alert at my desk for hours at a time without fatigue or discomfort.

    Secondly, about my back problems:  As you know, I have suffered sciatica for years, have a burst disk in my spinal column, am very obese, and previously suffered knee pain, lower back pain, and thigh numbness intermittently throughout the day.  But since I started using the chair, I have experienced a substantial diminution of these phenomena, even when I'm not sitting in the chair.  I'm now considerably more able to walk quickly for as much as 3/4 of a mile with almost no discomfort.

    I was somewhat skeptical of the claims you & others made for your custom-made chairs, but was willing to give you a try when the Agent was willing to put in writing that I could try the chair for 30 days & return it for full refund less a 20% restocking fee if not completely satisfied.  To say the least, & re-iterate it, I am delighted.  Credit must be given where it is due, & your invention is apparently well worth its price.  I'm glad I spent the money, and would do it again.
