BuyOnlineNow is 7 years old, and we're on our 5th telephone system. The first 2 were do it yourself "systems" that we bought and plugged into the wall ourselves. The 3rd was a phone system that worked OK, but couldn't support our growth. The 4th was a complete disaster; after 8 months we finally junked it last month. But this time I think we got it right. The best thing I can say about our new Altigen VOIP system is that I'm not spending any time thinking about it; it just works. And I can't say enough good things about the Minneapolis company we bought the new system from: Fourth Street Systems. From the day we gave them the go ahead they had us up and running on the new system in a week! And it works just like they told us it would; no surprises. No more phone worries, more time to blog...
