3M Privacy Filters in Action |

 3M has a great new commercial out promoting their new 3M privacy filters which pretty much hits the nail on the head.
They call it “Keep Wandering Eyes OFF Your Laptop” you can check it out below.
My friend Nate in the IT department liked them so much that he bought me one. I thought I would take a few photos and post them, so you could see the filter in action. I’m not much of a photographer, but you should be able to get the idea.
In photo number one I’m in my office chair to the left of my monitors and basically in photos two and three I’m siding my chair to the right until I end up directly in front of my left monitor in photo number four.
Pretty cool huh… As you can see they really do work. They do dull your screen a bit, so if you’re a graphic designer I would not recommend using the filter while designing.

Be sure to measure only the viewable screen area.
For frameless filters, the size must be exactly what you measure. For framed filters, choose the size that is nearest to your actual screen measurement or slightly larger.
