 Easel binders are a great tool to use for small presentations, because they not only keep documents organized, but double as a desktop display easel for impressing potential clients and customers.
There are two main types of easel binders, based on how they are displayed, either horizontal or vertical. Horizontal easel binders are the more traditional style of the two and display your documents in a horizontal “landscape” format. These usually have the three rings running along the spine. The second type of easel binder is the vertical easel binder. These display your documents in a vertical fashion and use either ring or Velcro bindings. Easel binders work especially great for people who do a lot of traveling and have limited space. This way they can bring presentations with them all over the country. Easel binders come in a variety of sizes and are manufactured by some of the biggest brands in the industry, including Avery, Cardinal and Lion Office Products.
